Wholesale:
To purchase product at our wholesale price (approximately 20% savings from suggested retail) you are required to enroll as a independent MonaVie distributor with the intent to actively participate in sharing MonaVie as an independent distributor. Establishing a MonaVie distributorship requires a one-time membership fee of $39.00 with an annual renewal fee of $20.00 and you may cancel at any time.
